Skiing
In the same province of Lleida, near Ponts, you can find various high-quality ski tracks, such as Bequeira-Beret, Boí Taüll Resort, Espot Esquí, Port-Ainé, Port de Comte and Tavascan. - Port-Ainé: It is located in the Comarca of Pallars Sobirà, and offers completely conditioned access to Rialp, Llavorsí, Sort, etc.
- Baquería-Beret: It is the largest skiable complex in the Pyrenees, and is located at the eastern end of the Val d'Aran.
- Boí Taüll Resort: It is located in the Vall de Boí, an area of exceptional touristic and cultural interest that contains an ensemble of Romanesque monuments declared World Heritage Site. It is also near the Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park.
- Espot Esqui: It is situated along one of the main entrances routes to the Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, and it is near an area with many lakes of glacial origin.
- Port de Comte: It is situated in the comarca of Solsonès. It has the largest skiable area in the Pre-Pyrenees and the landscapes of a Natural Park that has been recognised as being of national tourism interest.
- Tavascan: The high mountain resort, Tavascan-Pleta del Prat, in the Vall de Tavascan, is one of the best places for practising all types of skiing and snow-based activities.
