Visiting Museum
The Museum Francesc Boncompte gathers a wide range of collections, from antique vehicles to farm tools, including a remarkable collection of swords, knifes and fire weapons.
The display is placed inside enlightened show windows, which are spread over the 600 square meters of the museum. The collection is conceived as a permanent exposition, and the pieces are classified by themes. The collection of weapons is remarkable: daggers, poniards, muskets, carbines, rifles, machine guns, helmets, etc. Other interesting collection is that of the instruments classified by professions or theme: hardware tools, carpentry, or agricultural tools. All of them found in the "Mig Segre" area. Regarding the antique toys, most of them are movable. We also can find about fifty motorcycles that shine impressively: models of Montesa, Ossa, Derby … The most antique is a BSA from 1932 , but most of them are from the 50's and 60's.
